If you still remember your password for autopay.io, then you can still log in with the email even though you do not have access to the email itself anymore. Once you are logged in, you can go to your profile and change the email address there and log in with this email in the future. This way you do not have to worry about forgetting the password for autopay.io and not being able to reset it.
If you cannot remember your password anymore, then you cannot reset your password either because the reset link will be sent to your email. In this case you can contact us by sending us the email to support@autopay.io so that we can delete the existing profile, and you will be able to make a new profile with an existing email. We value the safety of our customers, and an email will not necessarily ensure that you are you. In order for us to know that it is you, we need information that is in your profile, eg registration number, the last 2 digits on the credit card registered in your profile - or if you have a permit and where it is. Feel free to write down your telephone number so we can contact you if we are unsure if you are you.
