No longer have access to your email?

If you have experienced a change of employer or lost access to your email account, you can request the deletion of your old autopay account. To proceed, create a new account and request any necessary permits from your company administrator once again.

To delete your profile, please send an inquiry to Autopay Support with the following details:

  • The last four digits of the Credit Card registered on your profile

  • License plate numbers of the cars registered on your profile.
