Error codes related to attempted automatic withdrawals
Refused by issuer codes may occur. Carefully review the error message displayed on your screen. If it says "Refused by issuer," please contact your bank.
Card has expired
If your credit card has expired, the session will go to billing if you do not pay online on our website within 48 hours or pay through contact with the relevant parking operator where you parked.
You receive an email that your card is blocked and attempt to add a new card without deleting the old one
We always recommend deleting a card if you receive a notification that it has expired, is blocked due to an error code, or if you simply no longer wish to use it.
When you forget to connect the second card you added to your profile to the vehicle, and the other card is blocked but attached to vehicle
In this scenario, you will not be charged automatically because the session is only linked to the blocked card where an automatic charge fails. We recommend deleting the blocked card from your profile and ensuring that the new card you add is linked to the vehicle.
