Problems with permits and agreements

If you have a permit (paid monthly either by you or your employer), and you experience problems related to it, it is normally the parking operator that needs to be contacted. (Autopay are only responsible for the parking system)

You find your permits under your "Profile", and "Agreements" in the app or on the webpage.

If a permit is not working as it intended, meaning; you cannot see the permit in your profile, or you have been charged on your creditcard or by invoice, you always need to contact the parking operator.
