Problems with permits and agreements
If you have a permit (paid monthly either by you or your employer) and experience problems related to it, the parking operator is typically the one to contact. Please note that we are only responsible for the parking system itself.
You can find your permits under "Profile" and then "Agreements" in the app or on the website.
If your permit is not functioning as intended - for example, if it doesn’t appear in your profile or you’ve been incorrectly charged on your credit card or by invoice - you must contact the parking operator directly.
