Pay online within 48 hours

You can pay online with VISA/Mastercard within 48 hours after exiting.

Simply visit autopay.io, enter your license plate number, and follow the payment steps from there.

How to pay

Click on one of the two highlighted buttons (pic. 1), then enter the license plate number (pic. 2). This is what you will see if you are not logged in.

Experiencing issues when trying to pay?

Encountering an Error Code When Paying
If you encounter an error code while attempting to pay online, please read the message associated with the error code.

If the error code says "Refused by issuer"
This indicates that Autopay was instructed to decline the payment by the bank linked to your card due to certain rules or technical configurations set by your bank. In such cases, please contact your bank's technical support department for assistance.

If you do not find your parking when searching for it online

If you cannot find your parking, please consider the following:

  • Has it been more than 48 hours since exiting the facility?

  • Do you have a valid payment card in your profile?
    If yes, automatic payment has already taken care of the payment

  • If the vehicle is a rental, many rental companies have registered the vehicle in their systems, and the parking fee will be added to your rental bill.

  • Sometimes, the parking information is not registered correctly right away in the systems, so try checking again later.
