Automatic billing not working?
For the majority of our users, automatic payment will be enabled by adding a valid payment card to your profile and linking it to your vehicle. If we are not able to charge your card, it can be due to several reasons, so if you have a parking session that is not automatically charged, please check these steps;
Is the card valid?
Is the card expired?
Is the card linked to the vehicle with automatic charging enabled?
Is it sufficient funding on the account?
Have your card "automatic billing" enabled from your bank?
Our system will keep trying to charge your card until the Parking Operator invoice the parking session. If the attempts are not successful, you will receive emails from us (if your card are linked to your car).
Please note that we cannot activate automatic billing for our users.
