Ongoing Issues with Our Payment Service Provider Nets – Blocked Credit Cards

We are currently experiencing an issue with our payment service provider, Nets, affecting some customers who have automatic payment enabled in their Autopay profile.

What’s happening?

Due to a structural issue in Nets’ systems, some credit cards have been incorrectly blocked, preventing successful automatic payments.

When will it be resolved?

Nets has informed us that they are actively working on a permanent fix. A solution is being implemented that will automatically unblock all affected cards, with completion expected by May 27, 2025.

Can the block be removed earlier?

Yes – customers who contact our support team and are affected by the specific error pattern linked to the issue at Nets may be eligible to have their card unblocked sooner than the general fix date.

If you notice that your card is blocked and you’ve received a payment error, please contact our support team.
