Troubleshooting

If you see an error message while attempting to start a charging session, please check if:

  • Cable is not properly connected to your vehicle or to the charger.

  • Vehicle won’t accept charging.

  • The end of charging cable is covered in dirt.

  • Charger is out of order.

If the issue persists, please contact support using the phone number on the charger or try another charging station.
