Problems with adding a card in the profile
Sometimes, adding a payment card doesn’t go as planned, and there could be various reasons for this. These include:
Netaxept experiencing temporary issues
Your payment card not being accepted (only Visa and Mastercard are supported)
Your card issuer not having an updated certificate
Or, potentially, a bug on our side!
Unfortunately, we have noticed some issues recently (Autumn 2024), which are often related to Mastercard. We are actively investigating this, but we need more information from affected Mastercard users.
Troubleshooting tips before contacting our customer support
Try a different payment card
Try using a different Browser
Try using a different PC / Mac / Mobile
If the issues still are not resolved, contact our support, and try to describe as detailed as possible:
Card type (Master/Visa)
Name of the bank that have issued the card
Device used (App/PC/MAC)
Specify whether you used iOS or Android
Attach any relevant screenshots
