See ongoing parking sessions
In our App, users can view their ongoing parking sessions after entering a parking location with camera-based parking.
If you are signing up for the first time or logging into an existing profile in our system, you must complete the steps below to view an ongoing parking session:
Once all the steps above are completed, your parking session will appear when you enter a parking location with camera-based parking.
Example:
You park at the airport before your flight.
Open the app while you are within 500 meters of the facility (for example, inside the airport).
You can now switch away from the app, but do not close it completely.
This way, you can travel to your destination and still keep track of your ongoing session, as you will be able to reopen the app later if needed.
I cannot see my ongoing parking session
If you cannot see your ongoing parking session, you can try to:
Remove the vehicle and add it again
Check that all the required steps mentioned above are completed
