Beware of scam emails and phone scammers pretending to be Autopay / OnePark

Autopay will never call you regarding payments.

We have also been alerted of a new scam email circulating, claiming to be from Autopay / OnePark and promising users a refund for supposed unjust parking expenses.

What to Do If You Receive a Suspicious Email or phone call:

  • Do Not Click on Any Links: Avoid clicking on any links or downloading attachments from the suspicious email. These could lead to malware or phishing websites.

  • Do Not Reply: Do not respond to the email or engage with the caller Scammers often use responses as confirmation that they've reached a valid email address or phone number.

  • Verify with Autopay / OnePark: If you're unsure about the legitimacy of an email, independently contact Autopay / OnePark through official channels, such as our website or customer support hotline, to confirm its authenticity.

Best regards
