Beware of scam emails and phone scammers pretending to be our company / OnePark

We will never call you regarding payments.

We have also been alerted of a new scam email circulating, claiming to be from our company / OnePark and promising users a refund for supposed unjust parking expenses.

What to do if you receive a suspicious email or phone call:

  • Do Not Click on Any Links:
Avoid clicking on links or downloading attachments from suspicious emails, as they may contain malware or redirect you to phishing websites.

  • Do not respond to the email or engage with the call.
Scammers often use responses as confirmation that they have reached a valid email address or phone number.

  • Verify with our customer support / OnePark customer support:
If you are unsure about the legitimacy of an email, contact our customer support or OnePark directly through official channels, such as through our website or the OnePark customer support hotline, to verify its authenticity.

Best regards
